Introduction
Most vintage Vespa scooters are close to 40 years old at this point. They have been bought and sold, and perhaps restored, many times. During that time, the original owner's manual was probably lost or destroyed. Even if you are lucky enough to still have the original owners manual with your scooter, the information contained in it is hopelessly outdated or even worse, poorly translated from Italian into unintelligible English.
